You may submit completed applications (see bottom of page) here or via email to: admin@willowoakfire.com. You may also deliver a completed application to Station 7, located at 18111 Co Rd 94B, Woodland. (Please note that this location is different from the hall.)
**The deposit must be paid in full to secure a rental date.**

- May I inspect the property prior to submitting an application? Yes. However, district personnel aren't always available to grant access. You can also see inside through the front and side doors as well as the windows.

- Is there a sound system available? Yes, as well as a cordless microphone and a large monitor.
- What is included in a hall rental? Hall, Kitchen, Bathrooms, Park Access. The Kitchen has: commercial range with a flat top and double oven; commercial refrigerator; large island with butcher block top and two-compartment sink; lots of additional counter space with additional two-compartment sink.
- Who is considered a District Resident? Anyone residing within the boundaries of the Willow Oak Fire Protection District. District residents may NOT rent facilities on behalf of non-district residents.
- Who is responsible if any event attendees cause damage to the property? The renter (person whose name is on the application) is responsible for everything that goes on during their event, including any damage done to the property.
- Are tablecloths, cookware, dishes, or flatware provided? No
