- May I inspect the property prior to submitting an application? Yes. However, district personnel aren't always available to grant access. You can also see inside through the front and side doors as well as the windows.

- How many people does the hall hold? The hall holds 200 people.
- Do you provide tables and chairs? Yes, we provide tables and chairs as part of the rental.
- How many chairs do you provide? There are 200 chairs available.
- How many tables do you provide? There are 30 tables available.
- What size are the tables? The tables are rectangular and 30 inches wide by 8 feet long.
- Do you set up the tables and chairs? No, it is up to the renter to set up and put away the tables and chairs. Time before and after the event is provided to do so.
- What are the dimensions of the hall? The hall is 35 feet wide by 73 feet long.
- Is there a sound system available? Yes, the hall is equipped with a modern sound system that you can use for music and announcements during your event (including a cordless microphone and a large monitor).
- What is included in a hall rental? Hall, Kitchen, Bathrooms, Park Access. The Kitchen has: commercial range with a flat top and double oven; commercial refrigerator; large island with butcher block top and two-compartment sink; lots of additional counter space with additional two-compartment sink. While Park access is included with a Hall rental, the Park may be rented separately for a discounted rate and does include Bathroom access.
- Can we decorate the hall? Yes, you are welcome to decorate the hall to suit your event. However, we request that you do not use any materials that could damage the walls or fixtures. Please refer to the Hall Rules & Regulations.
- Who is considered a District Resident? Anyone residing within the boundaries of the Willow Oak Fire Protection District. District residents may NOT rent facilities on behalf of non-district residents.
- Who is responsible if any event attendees cause damage to the property? The renter (the person whose name is on the rental application) is responsible for all activities during their event, including any damage to the property caused by event attendees.
- Are tablecloths, cookware, dishes, or flatware provided? No
- Where can I obtain the required Special Event liability insurance? Your Homeowners/Renters insurance carrier should be able to provide this for you (usually for a fee). It can also be purchased here: https://www.ycparmia.org/special.htm
- Are bouncy houses allowed? Yes, but they must be set up and removed on the same day as your event. Bouncy houses cannot remain on the premises overnight.
